DELIVERY INFORMATION 
Once you place an order, we will email you to confirm that we have received it. Orders are dispatched within 4-7 working days. Please see exceptions below

DELIVERY PRICES

STANDARD DELIVERY Delivery is charged at £15.00 (inc. VAT) for all orders under £150 to mainland UK.

FREE DELIVERY  For orders over £150 delivery is free 

Please Note - We do not deliver outside the mainland UK, these excluded locations include the Scottish Isles, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Eire, Highlands & Isle of Wight.

Your order will be delivered at any time between 8am and 6pm, unfortunately we are unable to specify a specific time or time slot. If our carrier is unable to deliver, you will be able to contact the carrier to arrange re-delivery in most cases. Doorstep delivery only. 

 

PLEASE NOTE - ARRANGING A FITTING SERVICE

 We highly recommend that if you are not fitting the panels yourself, you arrange a fitting service after the panels have arrived at the delivery address and have been checked over for damages. 


We do our utmost best and work to the highest standard to ensure that you receive your panels on time and in the condition you expect. However rarely sometimes incidents can occur. Regrettably, we cannot be held responsible for any consequential losses because of problems with delivery or damages, in particular relating to pre-scheduled fitting of the wall panels due to damages or missed delivery date.

We again strongly advise against booking installers until your full order has arrived and been checked over.

Free Sample Deliveries

All samples are delivered using the Royal Mail 48 hour delivery service, you should allow 2-3 working days for your sample’s to arrive.



What Happens When My Delivery Arrives?

We will deliver your order to your front door. If you live in a block of flats, our drivers can only leave the goods in the foyer entrance on the ground floor. If you won't be available on the day of delivery and would like to leave the delivery with a neighbour or in a safe place, please inform us.

In some cases you will need to be in to receive delivery & a signature may be required, if you are not in when we try to deliver, a card will be left letting you know how to rearrange a suitable delivery date.

What Happens If Im Not Home

if your not home if the delivery arrives the driver can leave it at safe place. The driver or company may contact you if youve left a number. 

you may be charged for a redelivery direct from the courier £15-£30 depending on the consignment size (this is out of our control)

DAMAGES/INCORRECT DELIVERY

If your box/packaging is damaged we advise you to open the product before signing for it or refuse the delivery or you believe your order to be incorrect, please inform our Customer Service team within 2 working days of the delivery.

SURPLUS

Due to our low prices and fast stock turnover, we are unable to accept returns of any leftover products or items that fall outside of a full order cancellation. 
 

BATCH NUMBERS

Please be aware that all our products are manufactured in batches which means there may be a slight difference in colour /shade between each batch. We advise you to keep note of your batch numbers so we can get the correct product to you should you require any more.

CHANGE OF CHOICE

You have the right to cancel your order if you are unhappy with your selection within 14 days of the delivery date. Once you have notified us of your wish to cancel an order, you will have 14 days from this date to return the order to us. Customers are responsible for arranging transport and insurance of the goods, and all returns must be sent in the original packaging to our warehouse. Refunds will be processed within 5 working days of receipt of the return. To request cancellation, please contact our Customer Service team.
